At KrossLube, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. Therefore, we have established the following return and refund policy:
Returns:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 07 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- In case of a defective or damaged item, we will refund the shipping cost as well.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to ensure availability and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- The item must meet the same conditions as for returns.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions above.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, installed
